If the status doesn't match the payment result, check the order record before trying to pay again. How many devices can I use at once?

Use an unlimited number of devices at the same time. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data; keep each device's usage within your plan allowance and check usage in the dashboard.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 60 days, no questions asked. Review the refund policy first, then sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket with your refund request and relevant order details. Payment status, account ownership and eligibility are subject to the refund policy and ticket review. Do not share payment credentials or account passwords on public pages.
